"The staff is attentive. The apartment we are in was poorly maintained. The craftsman ship of the maintenance team needs some attention. We have struggled with roaches since we moved in. 9 months into the lease and still struggling with roaches. Location is good. Price is good. Amenities are good. No issues with noise. Lots of weed smokers in the community. My biggest issue, I just wish the unit that was shown as the display mirrored the unit we received and we didn't have to share our home with roaches."

"I'm not sure what to say. I moved in a month ago they had rent special and my apartment was suppose to be ready. Well the rent speci was over. Ohh I did get the 300 discount on second month rent. I have been robbed in grounds. My apartment broken in and all they tell me is oh that never has happen here. It must be somebody I kno. Well I just moved here and do not know to many people.vSo I go to wash and my clothes money and laying naskect come up missing. The said they Rr not responsible for clothing or the washing area. I cough a lot been sick as I don't know what to find there is mold in my apartment. I don't feel safe and can't afford to move. Justin sad."

"The maintenance staff, they do great for what they are given. They show up in a timely manner and have been super nice. I'm not sure on his name but the man that helped me today when my oven went out and found a new one for me all in less than 30 minutes was a huge blessing!"

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My family and I made the colossal mistake of relocating from Arkansas to Tulsa about a year and a half ago, and let me tell you, choosing Riverchase was nothing short of a nightmare. The bait-and-switch tactics during the tour were just the beginning of our horrendous experience. The "decent" apartment they showcased turned out to be a facade. Upon moving in, we discovered a laundry list of issues that the management casually dismissed as normal. The kitchen tap was dysfunctional, there was a leak in one of the bathrooms, mold infested another, the shower head and taps where dirty with limescale and the cabinets were falling apart. When we raised concerns, they shrugged it off, suggesting we simply open the windows so that mold doesn’t keep expanding. Are you kidding me? It gets worse. The vents were caked with dust, and when we called for maintenance, their half-hearted attempt left us with more mess to clean. The dishwasher decided to join the chaos, leaking water everywhere. Despite our complaints, they not only invaded our space without permission when I clearly said I did not wanted them to fix it if I was not there because I knew that they would not do a good job but on top of that they left dirt from their shoes in one of the rooms why did they entered the rooms if it was to clean the dishwasher???. Unbelievable! And then there were the bats. Yes, bats! We reported this wildlife intrusion, expecting prompt action. Guess what? Nothing. They never bothered dealing with it, leaving us to cohabitate with unwanted winged visitors. Now that we've finally escaped this living nightmare, they have the audacity to slap us with ridiculous fees for moving out. We voiced our concerns, but the office seems oblivious to the torture we endured. It's an absolute travesty that they think they can charge us for the trash they call an apartment. Save yourself the agony, frustration, and hard-earned money – DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING TO RIVERCHASE! It's a vortex of incompetence, neglect, and downright disrespect for tenants. Trust me; you'll regret every moment spent in that living hell."
