"Overall County Hollow is a decent apartment complex. The office staff is nice enough. I always felt safe, it's relatively quiet, and it's in a good location. The worst thing about the complex is the water being shut-off frequently. I lived in the complex for 6 months (Feb-Aug 2022) and in that time the water was shut-off 10 times half of which were in April alone. Looking at other reviews I see that this has been an ongoing problem for years. Another problem here is bugs. Every morning I'd wake up to pill bugs throughout my apartment (found out is a sign of moisture in building), I also had a few cockroaches and other bugs. The times I reached out about the bugs, it was over a week before the exterminator came. When I first moved in the laundry room (located in Building 4) was clean and the machines were in great condition. As the months went on the laundry room was routinely dirty and more broken machines than working most of the time. Also with the constant water shut-off's it caused "back-up" in the laundry room. Luckily, down the street there is a great laundromat that also wash's and folds. Lastly, these apartments are in need of an update. The windows need to be double-paned, the window units need to be changed out, and the closet light should be a switch instead of string. The bathroom and kitchen appeared to have been updated in the last 5 years. In the end, if you need a short-term lease this is the place; if you're looking to stay somewhere longer spend a bit more each month and look for another complex."

"I have loved living at Country Hollow. I have lived here for a few months now and have felt completely safe and comfortable. The office staff is lovely, and Mrs. Summer was beyond helpful in my moving experience! I recently put in a work order for my stove drawer, and it was addressed and fixed within a few hours! I absolutely recommend these apartments."
