"Are these apt based on your income? Me and my kids are trying to move like really really bad I need help getting away from where I am now it's too many roaches the maintenance never comes and fix anything and these be the things I have to deal with here at this horrible place"

"We are current residents of this apartment complex for the last 4.5 yrs . It started out very well but for the last 2 years under the current management things have been going downhill. Our apartment is full of roaches , multiple times pest control has come and treated our unit but no improvement . Sometimes you will see an improvement for 1-2 months but the roaches come back again . It’s a terrible situation ."

"Had a wonderful encounter with the leasing Office Terry was absolutely fantastic, amazingly helpful, super nice. While the products they have available don't meet my needs. At the moment, I would recommend anyone to go and see Terry for their Leasing needs"

"I do not recommend this property. I lived here for 3 years. My car was stolen and broken into twice. Pipes burst in my ceiling and destroyed two decorative rugs with no compensation or reimbursement. I complained several times of rodents that we had to take care of ourselves. Things that we overlooked at move-in were charged to us upon move-out. We had a Peace of Mind deposit that was paid upon move-in that was not honored when we left. We were charged for property upgrades that were not listed in our lease. Property changed management 3 times and has gone downhill. I do not recommend this property to anyone."

"My husband and I lived here for about a year and enjoyed it! The front office staff and maintenance crew are both super friendly. Community is friendly as well. Although it's not gated, the complex is tucked away and feels small, quiet, and safe. Convenient location neighboring Walmart. We also really appreciated the open floor plan, in-unit washer / dryer, reasonable pet fees, walking paths, and gated dog park. This apartment was definitely the biggest bang for our buck with having 2 dogs. Only complaint - we lived on the first floor, and could hear clearly when our upstairs neighbors / dogs were moving around. Not much that can be done about this, but I would maybe try to get a 2nd floor so you don't have to worry about upstairs neighbors, or just hope your upstairs neighbors are awake during normal hours. Again, it's a pretty quiet community in general, so I don't think you'd have to worry about this in most units. The first guy that lived above us just happened to be very loud at night (the front office staff did address our noise complaints and speak with him concerning this). I would highly recommend living here!"
