"The units are gorgeous on the inside but unfortunately this is the hood they are infested with roaches gnats and I’m sure other things as well work orders to take forever to be completed no one ever answers the phone in office. So if your okay with ghetto and unprofessional leasing staff along with inconsiderate neighbors I would say this is place to be but if your looking for new start and safe place for your children I wouldn’t recommend."
"It was great at first but as all government housing it has slowly been declining was super strict ahen I first moved in but they have changed staff so many times in the short 2yrs I've been here that nobody really cares anymore there Is a lot of car break ins package theft due to the fact the office refuses to help the residents find out who is commiting these crimes all they would have to do is check the cameras but they would actually have to care to do that it's sad really this was once a great place to live now it just keeps slowly but surely going back to the waY this place was before they tore it all down and remodeled Wich is sad it had or has so much potential if only the staff cared enough to keep it from that"

"We are very blessed to live at these beautiful apartments. We have all the great amenities needed to thrive. There are so many positive things for our children. The management is very respectable and friendly."
