"Overall, an easy move in. We had a hiccup with my deposit not being credited but it was resolved fairly quickly. These apartments had fallen into disrepair, but work is being done continuously to improve such as new wood for staircases, for example. The landscaping is kept up and the gate works as it should. There was one weekend it was broken but it was fixed promptly. Maintenance is requested via the resident portal online and they are quick to respond. The office gals, Vicki and Toni communicate clearly via text messages and are also quick to respond. It's a quiet neighborhood and everyone seems to mind their own business. In all, I couldn't be happier than I am here."
"1st of all I would like to say the demo is fake because once I had the key and went inside the property had cobwebs rusted sinks and sink heads dirty carpet and had a funky smell patio door had no curtains blinds on patio door. Basically the property had not been cleaned prior to move in date. I was told I couldn't get my deposit back my plan of action is to seek counsel and contact channel 2 works for you. They are scammers!!!!!!!!"
"I lived here for three years about 6 years ago. Management was great property was always neat outside and any repairs were done within a week after reported. What I was most amazed it that when I moved out my 2 bdrm 2 bath townhouse I did a walk thru with management and received my entire deposit back."
"They have treated me so bad! I have been here for 9 years and they treat me like trash! Nothing gets fixed in my unit I call for any service and I get attitude and told I have to pay for it to be fixed They refuse to replace any lightbulbs batteries They constantly lie about their obligations that are in THEIR CONTRACT No parking anywhere No respect for long time residents who have never missed a payment Don’t move in here You are just another number to them"
"Worst apartments to live in. Cant get anything fixed on time they unless you want to pay a $50 fee for anything that messes up in these over priced under-maintenanced facility. Bad customer service Bad management company DONT MOVE HERE"
