"Complex does not do adequate background checks of individuals. I had an active gang member with warrants for his arrest actively living in my apartment. That individual then overdosed on fentanyl in the apartment. Staff is nice but is negligent in regards to resident safety. Spend a little extra to live somewhere else. Especially families."

"Terrible place for anyone to live. A car theft dream spot since someone broke into our car twice in 6 months. There is no security with a gated community that always leaves the gate open for lack of maintenance, and pest control is never heard of. You better pack some heat if you visit here."

"I give one star because they don’t follow up any reports being made a former roommate of mine was clearly making false reports Kristine just emailed warnings for lease violations so be aware!! secondly they made me pay an additional 300 for my dog because according to Kristine someone that wasn’t ME took MY dog off my lease and she was exceptionally rude about all of this! Ryan was kind and understanding through it all so not all were mean! Rent is cheap but it’s not worth this mess DONT RENT HERE !!!"

"I called this place home for a year and a half, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Maintenance was consistently on their A-game, promptly addressing any concerns. The office staff were unfailingly professional and kind, making every interaction a pleasure. The pool and hot tub were always in pristine condition, providing a relaxing retreat. Package handling was seamless - never a hiccup. Abundant parking was a welcome convenience. This complex truly knows how to make residents feel at ease and valued. Highly recommend!"

"Good hospitality and immediately responsive. Sometimes the issues takes many days to resolve. One of the cheap and best affordable places if you are an OU student studying in Norman Campus. The gym,computer lab and reading rooms are available and accessible 24/7. There is a bus stop very nearby and easily accessible."
