"I booked a room at this hotel because the Hilton brand hotel the conference I came into town for was sold out. I checked in on the app around 430pm and immediately got a call from the hotel telling me they are canceling my reservation because they are sold out. How can they say they are sold out when I made a reservation?! Why did the Hilton app show me two available rooms to pick from when I checked in on the app? This is so shady!"
"The person at the front desk was nice, however he was clearly overworked, the hotel was completely full and he seemed to have to do everything himself. Having only one or two people working for a hotel thats this big and fully booked is just bad management. The person manning the bar ended up having to help us with getting some extra sheets… At least the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but for these prices the hotel is badly managed."
"Great stay at the hotel, however, front desk staff need to be more knowledgeable and helpful when communicating with the customer - not the service quality level I would expect from a Hilton branded hotel. I had issues with my wifi and when I spoke to the front counter, they said I would have to call the IT desk myself, and "thought" they had the right number. I also asked for nearby amenities, but no knowledge of surroundings, or even the ability to refer me to a town map that was situated near the front hall."
"This was a great stay at this location. I really can't say enough good things about it. The staff was wonderful. The hot breakfast was outstanding, and it was resobablely priced. I was able to work in the lobby after i checked out for a few hours, and it was comfortable and very quiet with no problems. I just really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the mini refrigerator contained a mini freezer, and that came in handy for meds and ice packs when traveling."
"The room was everything you expect from a Hilton Property, quality but the staff was great! Kind, informative, easy going. This is a must stay when in Norman, you will not regret it. Breakfast was great too."
