"The worst experience I ever had. It is almost 2AM and Room # 107 is playing music extremely loud. The best front desk could do it to help resolve the issue was to offer ear plugs or move to another room, 2AM. Update: Since I could not reply to owner's response, I am editing my post to say the employee acknowledge there was a loud noise coming from next room when she came knock on my door so, I am not a liar! I understand being scared about knocking on someone's door 2AM and ask to lower the volume but maybe you should revisit your policy instead of coming here and say I was lying about the noise."
"I stay here when in the area. Consistent on all aspects. Easy check in, very clean rooms and if you like to gamble, a casino 1/4 mile away. Will be back"
"Stayed here to have a Father and Son's night at the casino. Check in was very easy access to my room was great. We came back from the casino around 0230 and I made a comment about the cookies and the young man at the counter went to the back and brought me two cookies. How generous and kind. It is Actions like that that make a stay memorable and quite possibly a return trip. Thank you"
"This hotel was amazing. Friendly staff, great prices , 24hr rides to the river wind casino rite across the parking lot. Great free breakfast! Literally the best ohh and my favorite it smelled amazing!"
"The Shower was the Best!! nice hot water great pressure was perfect Shower. Breakfast and the shuttle bus driver lady was so sweet. Anthony at the front desk was wonderful. love my stay at your hotel. Thank you ❤️"
