"I have lived here for a year and 2 months. They are TERRIBLE at fixing things. They go through office people like crazy. They can’t keep maintenance workers either. The office people aren’t in the office during office hours half the time. They hardly ever answer the phone! I do NOT recommend anyone living in this apartment complex ever! TERRIBLE PLACE"

"0 stars if i could. moved out 6 months ago never got deposit back. left the apartment in really good condition. and was told i owe money instead of getting deposit back. door was open months later homeless people in and out. codo NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO MOVE HERE."

"Worst place to rent!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE. Nothing ever gets fixed by maintenance, stuff is not up to code at all. Hard to get ahold of front office, worst place we’ve ever lived. Our floor in the hallway had a bad soft spot, AC never worked, kitchen floor was unlevel and rotted, carpet was nasty at move in, half of the outlets didn’t work, ceiling drywall was cracking and caving in, seal around windows was non existent so it let earwigs, wasps and air in. Worst place ever"

"These apartments do not care about your safety at all, we called the emergency extension to alert them our DOORKNOB had just fallen out of the door and when the office lady (I'm not sure of her name as she never introduced herself to us) answered, we told her what had happened and her first way of trying to have it fixed was by making us fix it, she said 'well I can walk you through it over the phone.' no ma'am I would like someone out here to fix it. She hasn't sent anyone it's been about two hours. It's an extreme safety issue and now I have to spend the night in my apartment with no way to lock my door. Not sure if I'll be able to sleep at all."

"Original management when I moved in was great. Since then, a new company has purchased the property and seems to have gotten rid of all their maintenance and office staff. Impossible to get anything fixed when broken because there aren't any maintenance workers. Moving out immediately after they tried raising rent by 20% of my previous lease. Seems like management is actively trying to price all current tenants out of the property. Have been way more Move-Outs vs. Move-Ins the past year since the new company has bought up the property."
