"I called this place to see if they had any available apartments at the moment. Becky answered and was extremely rude and hostile. She said they "didn't have any available that she knew of", but didn't bother to check at all. Before I could ask any further questions in case they had any openings at a later date, she had already hung up on me. Just from this experience on the phone with the management and the other reviews, this is definitely not the place where you want to be living. P.S. And also doesn't look like your really getting your moneys worth with this place anyways and would be a lot better off if the staff wasn't rude to potential tenants."

"I just called to get information on one of the floorplans. The lady answering the phone was completely rude and told me that she doesn’t have time to answer questions, that I called her business and she doesn’t have time for me. If that’s any indication of how they do business, I would never live there."

"I have lived many places. This is far and away the worst place i have ever lived. if there was a negative-star option, i would choose it. The pros: All utilities are included in rent (655 or 665/month depending on whether you have window ac or ch/a) Large semi-fenced front yard area. Close to multiple dining and shopping venues. Very close to my job. Pretty quiet (low crime) Apts are set at least 3 feet above ground level so it will take one HELL of a downpour to even get close to flooding. Cars will flood long before apts. The cons: The management will not allow leases to be renewed between September and May. There are absolutely no external amenities for these apartments other than The laundry facility is sub-par at best. Two washers and 3 Dryers to handle 32 apartments and most of the time one washer/dryer is broken. Cold weather shuts washers down as there is no preventative maintenance done on the water lines in the laundry room. Parking lot has been in dire need of re-striping since I moved in; absolutely no stripes on the south end. On football gamedays, the owner has ordered management to sell all unoccupied parking spots in the parking lot even after tenants have expressed extreme displeasure with this action. Some units have window unit air conditioners. These ac unis are the smallest unit on the market, very poorly maintained and do a very poor job of cooling the apartment. The management has raised and will raise everyone's rent to accommodate for utility usage for appliances whether those appliances are present in your unit or not. .Maintenance requests take at least a month to be addressed and even longer to be resolved. Anytime a maintenance issue requires a 3rd party repair, management charges the bill back to the tenant then charges the tenant a late fee if they dont pay by the time mgmt thinks it should be paid. Management is completely unwilling to accommodate for disabilities in any way shape form fashion or style. If any formal complaint or legal action is initiated, Management moves very swiftly to serve eviction notices. It is not surprising that most people only stay here for 3-6 months."

"I've lived here for about a year. The washers and dryers are almost always broken (plus you have to pay for use). It took them about three months to fix the lighting in the hallways. And I've heard from many other occupants that the front door keys unlock other units-which is super scary! Definitely a decent place if you don't mind paying cheap rent for a cheap place. But I wouldn't live here again."
