"I have lived here for 11 years and seen this place at its lowest, in the past 2 years Payten and morgan have turned this place around and made it an amazing place to live. Pest control comes every Friday . before i would see a roach here and or there but i never see them anymore and i have never in the 11 years of being here came across a bedbug. maintenance comes every time i call. We are very blessed to have the people who work here working here now."

"After reading the recent reviews, I would like to make some comments and add that I have lived in my apartment for over a year and a half with zero sight of a single bed bug. These are affordable apartments and for the price, they’re great! I have lived in different states and in affordable housing in certain areas of the country and if you think this is bad, you really should get out more. I keep my apartment clean therefore I don’t have any bug issues. I would also like to comment on the staff here. The manager was the first person that we had contact with here and she has been just as helpful a year and a half later as she was when we first moved in. If I call and ask the office for something, they show up."

"Coming from another country, finding somewhere where they do their best to make you feel at home was a priority. Morgan and Payten have been very welcoming as well as making sure to be timely and accommodating when it came to renovations/fixing certain things in the apartment. They do more than needed. Thank you to the maintenance men who are always on call and willing to make sure their tenants are safe and comfortable."

"I love it here. I moved here in Dec.2023. The front office is super friendly and made it very easy for me to transition from Texas. Honestly I moved here for the price which was great for me and was surprised at how good the unit actually was. Usually we know what comes with a complex with affordable rent. The plus is that it’s on OU campus and there is everything you need in literal walking distance down Constitution street. Maintenance is surprisingly quick and responsive. Had to use the emergency line once at 3 am but wasn’t for my unit. Onsite washroom again is good. I’m very surprised to find a gem like this one. I’ve had affordable rent in Texas and I’m sure affordable rent apartments are not in the best neighborhoods or have the best office personnel. This one is a true hidden gem. Definitely will be renewing my lease."

"Absolutely great place to live. There have been so many upgrades in the past two years that I have been here! Whenever I need something the office is right there for me although I normally don’t need a lot because I have lived in two apartments here and both of them were spic and span and management made sure that everything was perfect before I moved into both of them. I love the landscape and the amenities. It’s so close to so many great stores and right next to where parades and sports are at. Great place to live great management I am definitely in my forever home ❤️❤️"
