"Every time I put in a work order it is taken care of very quickly I'm just very pleased with the service and appreciate the maintenance staff so much. I feel the money spent on cosmetics could have gone to inside upgrades, such as getting rid of nasty linoleum in kitchens and bathrooms."

"Ridiculous that they put black screens in winter. It cuts 40% of sunlight a day. So are electric Bill's we be higher. You cant even wash the windows the screens are screwed in. Otherwise I love living here. Amanda, Gina and Greg are great!"

"My apartment was very dark because of the location of the apartment I received very limited sunlight, now you are making my situation worse by blocking out the little light that I had. Now I will have to burn light 24/7. This will increase my electricity bill and deprive me of the little vitamin D I was getting."

"Very happy. I was sitting in the dark because my ceiling light went out in my living room. The ceiling was too high for me to replace the bulb. I told Neesha in the office. I had to go and when i returned home later that day the bulb was replaced same day. I'm very happy with their service."
