"There are not enough words to describe how much I loved living at the Crestmont! Everything was taken care of in a timely manner by the most amazing property manager, Christy. I would have lived there longer if only they could airlift the complex to OKC haha!! It looks a little older on the outside, but is quite nice on the inside!! Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an awesome apartment with amazing people looking after it!"

"Several years ago my elderly father-in-law moved from Wisconsin to Norman. My husband (who is now deceased) and I looked into various rental housing options and we decided that the Crestmont Apartments would be best. And they were. My father-in-law passed away a couple of months ago at age 94 and during his residency, he always felt safe at his apartment. The management and maintenance always addressed his questions promptly and he even made friends with some of his neighbors. Thank you to Christy and her staff for helping make his final years safe and satisfying."

"So, this was my very first apartment that I’ve ever had. I was so lucky to come across this place. I never had one issue that wasn’t resolved in a great timely manner, and let alone, many issues. I think in the year I was there, I had maybe two issues, and they were resolved next day and never felt like a burden when informing Christy. Christy is an amazing owner of the complex, and genuinely cares for her tenants. Everyone I met there was so friendly and kind, never once had a bad feeling when meeting any of the other tenants. Overall, I would recommend The Crestmont to a lot of people, granted I know the outside isn’t the prettiest and that it is an older building, but the insides are a great size and the overall staff/environment of the complex definitely out weighs the bad. If I ever need an apartment again, this will definitely be my first go to!"

"Outstanding, Clean, Communicative and Affordable! I have lived in a few apartments in my life and have had some good and poor experiences. The Crestmont Apartments were absolutely one of the best places I've ever lived in. I was shown the exact unit I would be moving into and if you've ever been apartment hunting in Norman, that doesn't always happen. A lot of them have a premade/perfect showroom to present to you. I was able to walk around and let them know what I noticed may have been wrong before moving in. Amazing! The manager for the apartment complex Christy, was over communicative to say the least. A few times a month there were slips of papers on our doors to let us know when exterminators would be by and if we needed them to swing by ours to inform her. When water may be out of service and for how long during maintenance. You have to pay for electricity, wifi/cable if you'd like it. The only downside is there are no laundry connections inside the units but there is a laundry facility on the grounds. You can easily purchase a compact dryer/interior washing machine if you're able to be inventive. Overall, 10/10 I would live there again."
