"Yes, my sister moved here from Dallas as she needed an ADA accessible living. She has lived here since early spring and finds it EZ to move around inside whether in her wheelchair, walker or cane. A handicap ♿ parking spot in front of her apartment makes it very convenient. Security, more times than not, the gates are closed. I have to call sister for access. She is very watchful of what passes by her windows, walking or driving. I am glad she has moved here closer to me. No place is crime free, even in jail."
"I was among the first residents to move into the new Hyde Park Apartments last year. Katelyn made the advance online paperwork work so easy. When I arrived with all of my belongings I was shocked to see I was on the second floor; although I’m not “officially” handicapped, I do have some serious physical damage and really wanted a ground floor apartment. She went to the office and found one for me. She is a wonderful “face” and representative of Hyde Park and Sunridge Management Group. She’s friendly and firm and has great respect for the residents’ privacy. I don’t typically like large apartment complexes but Katelyn and Hyde have changed my opinion on the issue. I’m moving only because I bought a house but I’ve had a wonderful experience here."
