"First thing, the woman who checked me in was absolutely wonderful. She made it difficult for me to not give more than 1 star. The toilet had issues, exposed wires in the closet (within a child's reach), broken TV, couldn't read the settings on the ac unit that was missing parts and very dirty. The room wasn't really clean, but had a comfortable bed. The area is sketchy. The bathroom door was mangled like someone had kicked it in or something. The bed had a top sheet over the blanket with no top sheet under the blanket, so had to flip it."

"It’s Saturday night and I’m on a budget. I’m not new to inns, motels or hotels and have stayed in the worst like Knight's Inn in San Antonio and the best including a penthouse in Vegas at the Rio. Many are going to have its pros and cons no matter how good you think your money might be in comparison. This location is a hidden gem when the next comparable is the Sherman Inn or Lonestar Inn in Sherman less than 10 minutes down the road. So quiet and Days inn right off 75 sounded like a Tik Tok fight video in late hours of the night last night for almost $70 for the night. Just through the fence is Super 8 so I’m sure the back line of rooms backside got the live concert as well. I always check for bugs before I bring my things in no matter the location or stars they gained. No sightings here , no crawleys, no runners. Bugs don’t discriminate though. I gasp as I entered because I didn’t get hit with any weird smells and not a thing out of place and clean. The rooms are upgraded and the old ugly maroon Paisli print sheen quilt didn’t blind over the forest green carpet and faux pine headboard. It is updated and modern in its gray, black and white tones. Large open spaces and usb lamps with a working microwave on the large bath counter across the back. I was able to park in front of my door and easily carry my things inside. It is safe and open and lit enough to see around. I found a gem worth another if not many more stays in the future. I know what it takes to run a business and kudos to the owners and staff for accomplishing just that! Fun facts for the readers and Google is your friend about 3 down after that it may start lying to you. Swahili is an Arabic word Egyptian is the oldest language spoken in the African continent Sanskrit is mother of all languages English is widely spoken in India and parts of Africa Most countries learn on average 3 languages, English being the most difficult. India is the fifth largest investor of Africa “Blasians” Sudan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti and Somalia is known as the Horn of Africa “Opinion is the lowest form of ignorance conveyed”"

"*****If I Could Leave 0 Stars I Would***** When The Pakistan Management Was There, They Were Nice, They Didn't Bother My Sister And I. Whenever Things Needed To Be Fixed, They Fixed It Immediately. The Problems Started When New Management Took Over. My Sister And I Are 2 African American Girls Who Never Bothered Any One, Kept Our Room Clean, Paid Our Weekly Rate On Time, And Only Came Out When We Needed To Handle Our Business. New Management Is Racist. The Ladies On The Staff Would Sit Outside Of The Door By The Ice Machine, Gossip About Everybody, And Drink On The Job. Yes, That's Right They Would Drink Alcohol While At Work. Housekeeping Would Basically Argue About When They Wanted To Do Housekeeping To Your Room, And Steal Tissue. There Were Bugs Coming Out Of The Wall, A Hole In The Ceiling Leaking Water On The Floor, And Our Air Went Completely Out. Although Our Room Changed After That, Management Started Making Us Change Rooms Every 7 Days, Which Is Not Protocol In Hotels. When It Was Time To Renew Our Room, Instead Of Management Coming To Me As A Woman, She Waited Until The Last Minute To Tell Us That She Wasn't Going To Renew Our Room And The Excuse Was My Shirt That I've Always Worn, Was Inappropriate And Her Son Felt Uncomfortable. In My Opinion, It Was The Only Reason She Could Use To Get Us Off Of The Property Because We Weren't Hanging Out, Or Getting In Everybody Business. Also She Asked Our Uber Driver Who He Was One Day (Just Nosy And In Our Business) Til This Day, She Didn't Know That He Told Us, But That Just Goes To Show You That She Didn't Mind Her Own Business. She Also Called The Police After Meth Was Found In Our Room (Left From The Previous Residents)...When The Police Got There, They Asked Us A Few Questions, And We Offered To Provide A Drug Test, But They Declined. They Could Look At Us And Tell That We Didn't Do Drugs. I Wouldn't Recommend This Hotel To Anyone."
