"Doesn't belong next to an elementary school. Disgusting place."

"I would not even give a star if possible. These apartments have no respect for any of there Tenets, they will not fix anything and when they do it is just someone they pick up off the streets. No professional at all come to repair. The roaches are out of control and they will not have any one come to spray. My air went out and I have to go supply my own window unit because they would not send anyone out to repair it and when they did it was an unlicensed citizen. Let’s not even talk about the mold and how it is affecting us. Went without hot water for a week and two days because they would not come and fix the hot water heater. Today 2/28/2022 we have been 24 hours without water and we pay for water, electricity and trash and we can’t even get an answer on why we don’t have water or when it will be turned back on. I pray everyday thatGod blesses me out of this situation my fiancé passed away in our home and they promised they would move me into another apartment and they have done nothing. Please do not move here it is not worth the stress."

"The rent for a poorly managed and poorly air-conditioned one bedroom is now around 800 a month plus utilities making it impossible for a person on a fixed income to live there. You folks should be ashamed of yourselves. Smells like gentrification to me. Especially with the way Denison police department discriminates. No stars given."

"Worst Apartments and management ever. Refuse to send exterminator for bed bugs, carpet beetlea, carpet moths that have now started eating holes. In our clothes and other items not to mention the termite infestation. Ugh!!! Foundation is crumbling and i am scared not only for us but the elderly lady below us, and looks like mold in ac ducts and vents eletrical flickers bathroom been flooded for several days feom a/c in bathroom ceiling. A/C works on and off. And much more wrong than i bargained for. You think for giving them 1180.00 to move in they would be in great condition."

"These apartments are kid friendly close to schools and of course the manager is tough, she is watching out for tons of tenants making sure everyone is safe. She is a good hearted person but, has a very big responsibility she can't just let everyone do as they please the apts do need work but, if you have children you know home is what you make it... I recommend these apt just for the simple fact convienance to schools, local store and easy payment of rent.."
