"I actually lived and rented an apartment from this place under section 8 a doctors letters stating that I could no longer live in Texas had to go back home, asma was so bad that I was doing 6 treatments a day, instead of 1 treatment a day, now these apartments management lied said that I didn't pay my rent and sent it to the credit bureau, I have proof showing the credit bureau, poor management, I would never rent from this place heads up be careful renting here keep all receipts."

"I have tried several times to contact there office about leasing an apartment and no answer at all. I finally gave up and ended up getting a 2 bdrm at Raintree. Also Indian Falls next door are very friendly and helpful they would’ve for sure been my 2nd choice. Anyways do not waste your time with these people they simply do not care and just imagine how they will act once you get a 12 month lease with them… do not recommend, try the apartments next door to them!"

"I really wonder if this apartment is real. I have called them more than 20 times and nobody is picking up the calls or returning my calls .I have been to the apartment office more than 10 times and nobody was in the apartment office . If there is zero rating,that is what their Barnett apartment should get. I also feel they need to remove the leasing signage in front of the apartment since they are not ready for business"

"Called to receive information on possibly renting an apartment there and after multiple failed attempts at reaching someone and calling corporate I finally received a call back. The woman working the office is extremely rude and seemed irritated that she had to do her job. I thought maybe it was just me, until she called my grandmother back as well and was also rude to her. Also who charges more than several other apartment complexes in the area and calls themselves "low income"? Needless to say, I will not be looking in to them again."
