"Absolutely disgusting. The floor probably hasn't been mopped in a month or more. The shower has black gross stuff all over the outer edge of it. I about threw up when I saw it I'm certainly not going to take a shower in that shower. I'm going to go to sleep I'm going to wake up I'm going to get the out of here. Thankfully I found no bed bugs but this room doesn't even have basic cleaning it's like the housekeeper came in made the bed put the pillows in the right spot put some soap out and then left. It's absolutely disgusting. The sad part is I requested to be put in a different room after I saw the first room. I don't understand how it can be this gross. It makes me sick that I'm going to actually spend the night here. The countertops have gross sticky stuff on them too."
"Overall it is what it is. One queen bed, mini fridge, microwave. Wish it had a coffee pot. I mean l, it's exactly like a normal hotel room but smaller. Some wear and tear of course. Tub had burn marks. Laminate floor and a little squeeky. Police activity every night so far but not break ins, or anything major. It's really good place to go for the price you pay. Better deals the longer you stay. One night was $67 or. 5 nights for $268."
"Rooms was dirty, rotten food under the bed. Wifes owner was very ugly and rude. She needs to learn some manners. She better watch that nasty attitude, and learn how to clean rooms."
"When I booked and hotel advertised $50 per night plus tax, after I confirmed they arbitrarily charged me $76. Customer service would not offer me a refund for the difference despite offering them a screenshot featuring the $50 offer (attached). Check in desk was unhelpful in getting this resolved. I do not recommend this hotel due to bait and switch business practices."
"I googled a hotel in the area with reasonable rates and this was the first to pop up. NEVER AGAIN . First off online it claims to be $36 a night but I was charged $56 for one night. Then I had to circle building 3 times just to find a parking space for there is twice as many rooms as parking spaces. Then I had to walk from back of building to office 3 times due to my key card would not open the door. I requested a refund explaining I'd just drove 900 miles was tired and had not even opened the room door yet ( because it wouldn't open) and the guy in the office refused said I would need to speak to manager and he wasn't there. Upon entering the room it smelled of old cigrettes and was musky smelling like damp clothes . The furniture appears to have mold on it. I'll post pic if allowed. I would not leave my pet in this place more or less a human being. I will be attempting to contact the cooperate office over this hotel chain concerning this location and the government branch in charge of inspections of these properties because this is discussing. Should me minus 5 stars"
