"We left and stayed somewhere else after seeing the room and surroundings. The room had trash outside the door. The walls were patched up. The 2 lamps in the room had lampshades that wobbled bc not connected to the lamps. The bed sagged in the middle, had no cushion. The curtains were sagging and dirty. It was very dark. Wouldn’t give us our $ back. We stayed maybe 10 minutes."

"Within a few minutes I found bed bugs and roaches. Only 1 lamp worked. T.v. remote missing batteries. Overall a disgusting place. Ended up moving to a different hotel. Now when the family gets home we will have to strip down and wash EVERYTHING before we go in the house. Very disappointed."

"The room was absolutely disgusting. Service was horrible (other than the man that worked overnight, with the piercings. very nice, respectful dude) everyone else? horrible. roaches. no housekeeping. overall, just a bad experience in general."

"No towels had to go get a set. Roaches. Rm stunk did not smell clean. Bathroom floor base looks rotting then painted over. Bed to soft. Mattress sunken in middle. This is the worst I've stayed in. Yuk"

"This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The door looked like it had been kicked in several times. I had to place a chair in front of the door to feel a little secure. Roaches everywhere. The cleaning crew should all be fired. The shower was disgusting with trash and nasty toilet. I tried to find the night clerk but could not. Will never stay at another RED ROOF again."
