They will always put yours needs first"

"Cody threatened to evict me over a service animal. They don’t allow pets and service animals are exempt by law. He literally yelled at me in my face with his bud light breath and gave me a $100 fee"

"Cody and Greg don’t know how to keep apartment’s looking up to standards instead of doing a face lift they paint over mold, windows, cockroaches and over outlets. And on top of that they charge a lot for a one bedroom. If a one bedroom costs almost $900-1100 then I can take out a mortgage and pay less for a trailer with 3 beds"

"Just recieved court papers that I'm being sued by these people. I was diagnosed with cancer in May and have been on short term disability. My fiancee is the only one working right now. I paid all but one hundred of our rent this month. I asked nicely if they could wait until after a benefit my friends and family are giving me. The owners of these apartments sent me late fees totaling $400. Have always paid our rent. These are not nice people. Rude and uncaring. They will have to answer to God one day. Praying he has mercy on their soul."

"The only reason I put one star is because I couldn't put no stars! This place is horrible!!! My husband and I have lived here for 2 years, have never been late on our rent or electric! We have called several times about the nasty roaches that have infested our apartment and many other tenants that I have talked to! Even tho I keep a clean house they don't come and do anything about it! The air conditioner doesn't work properly and they won't fix the problem! They tell us to turn it down to 50! All and all I would never ever suggest anyone move in this place! And will never do anymore business with these people. Just to unlock your door is 50 dollars! This place is a joke and are just money hungry!!!"
