"The people in charge here let people squat here even when the original tenant has died. Which to my knowledge is illegal with HUD programs. I will find out Monday when I contact HUD to let them know about it."

"I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment tour for the past several days with no luck, I can’t even get anyone on the phone. The apartments look great on the outside but management seems to not be around or even in the office. Very disappointed!"

"My boyfriend and I were needing an apartment pretty soon, saw these apartments and fell in love. We decided to schedule a tour and move forward with seeing what needs to be done and now the ladies have rescheduled on us twice! The first time we understood since she was sick, but the second time they set up a meeting at 5:30 to tour the apartment and weren’t even in the office! Expected to hear a call of reschedule and heard nothing. I am very disappointed in the way y’all handle future customers, needless to say we’re taking our business elsewhere!"

"Green Briar Village is a great place to live. The rent is very affordable and the units are very nice! I have lived here for 5 years and have always had a great experience. I was so astonished the day I got my keys how nice the unit was when they were complete with it. If you are looking for a safe / nice place to call home, I would definitely consider GB. We also have a beautiful Pool & Park for the kids. I have noticed the office does get an over load of phone calls on a daily basis so I have found its best to just drop by the office. Ms. Kori is our new manager and is doing a outstanding job!"
