"I have lived here for a couple of years. Management is great but laundry facility are the biggest pain of anywhere I have ever lived.80/ of the time it takes your money and does not work. I understand things happen but 3 years and still a rip-off"

"I live there for 6 months, before I buy a house, no one bothered me, people is nice, place is quiet, clean and no one goes inside if they do not have the key , small swimming pool, the management is fantastic I do recommend the place"

"Nice and Quiet place summer was good due to pool. residents seem nice at first but will tend to be noisy and gossip. Funny how a Small area can have everyone in everybody business. Some kids seem to get away with anything due to parents/grandparents living there for so long and being friends with landlord. And the smell of illegal drug (marijuana) going through vents due to sharing same air/vent system (controlled every summer and winter) can walk around and smell strong odor of marijuana. Something that should be taking care of first then anything else. Guess when rents is paid somethings are overlooked."
