"I called the store and spoke to an employee@1:29p. I was asking what was needed to gain access of my account in order to purchase a new phone for my upgrade. I told the gentlemen at the end of the call that I would specifically be there in less than an hour. (I might add that I live 35 minutes from this store) Upon arrival @2:04p THE STORE WAS CLOSED I called a few times with a avail. and again @2:42p, 2:44p I drive a 2001 chevy pickup and gas is $4 a gallon leaving me waiting around Bowie until 3:48p when someone finally answered. My tone wasn't rude or disrespectful just full blown relief and excitement. I ask what happened and he replied with "uhhh what do you mean" I asked if he remembered me calling and saying id be there and he replied with "well im the only one here, I gotta eat too" My in store experience was even worse when I got there!"

"This is the biggest joke of an AT&T store i have ever seen. We walk in the door and the first thing out of the employees mouth is "are you gonna pay your bill". I said "no ?". Then we are told to wait so we do. We see another employee ask an elder gentleman, that was paying his bill, if he wants his four cents change he responds yes and she goes to the opposite side of the building and screamed out "what is the safe code"? The first employee screamed the CODE back to her loud and clear. My husband being a jailer could not take the stupidity any longer. He left the store while saying they were morons. The first employee i came into contact with said she could refuse service to anyone and we were rude. I said that's fine and asked her for their names and she refused to tell me. Her tag was covered up. Then she said you just leave i said all i want is your name so i can report you and she still refused. Then she said let me call my manager. I waited, no answer. Then she says i am just going to call the police on you so i told her to go ahead. Guess what the first thing the dispatcher asked her? That's right her name. Needless to say the cop's showed up, heard both sides and said they do have the right to refuse service and go to a different AT&T store and by all means turn it in with AT&T management. So here it is. I am turning it in. Do you really think anything will happen?"

"Kevin Talley was so helpful today. He went out of his way to make sure I knew how to use my phone and was very patient with me. He really knows his product and has great customer service. I will be back and recommend his store to all my friends and family."
