"This was the quickest, smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had. I live an hour away and spoke with Jason, my salesperson, over the phone and via text. "It’s absolutely their call but I’ve never seen a dealer pull all the old school tricks in the used sales department. Given that Decatur is saturated with truck dealers you would think a Bowie dealer would be more transparent and willing to deal. Nope, “no room available in the advertised price” they say. Instead they use numerous sales tactics, which they think folks in the country don’t recognize. I guess that’s the real nature of a used car dealer. In my personal opinion, sales tactics like this think the folks in the country are unsophisticated buyers and they use that to further their pockets. The same old story, they think the folks with holes in their sox put money in their pockets. I will NOT be back…it’s too bad because word of mouth in the country goes a long way around here."
