"Overall store is nice however advertise supporting military with military and vet parking right by the door however “we no longer give a 10% military discount” means you absolutely do not support the military and have taken a benefit that use to be offered and say you are no longer worth giving that to those who served this fine country. Sad way to lose business."
"At first I was like great customer service but today I had a hard time trying to return a chainsaw that stopped working I had warranty plus the power plus I contacted both insurances and the store still gave me trouble. Didn’t allow me to return it because they couldn’t resale it and said I had voided all warranty. I called power plus and said the store was incorrect now I’m waiting to get a replacement. Mark is a joke not only did he try to find every excuse to try to help me he was making jokes right in front of me it’s his other coworker. Next time I’ll shop online or different location!!!"
