"Very unprofessional. Two people called and verified the price and when we got there it was doubled because as they said their system had not updated yet, but since two separate people had called and asked and were told the same thing they were pretty much forced to go by what they had said. Tools are missing from the scene. Unexplainable stuff. I think they're crooks. Also you don't know who's in charge, they try to team up on ya about their crooked pricing. If you call them about a tow they automatically call the cops even if your truck broke down on the side of the highway. 0/5. Don't call them. Very unprofessional. At least the two guys I dealt with"
"I’m so grateful for Shawn at Pigg towing. My teenage daughter and I were traveling home from Amarillo TX to Little Elm TX, when our electric rental car battery almost died in Henrietta TX. FYI, never rent an electric vehicle that’s not a Tesla. We were stuck at a gas station with 10 Tesla Superchargers but there were no charging stations for our electric rental (Mustang Mach-E). It was almost 10pm on the night before Thanksgiving, and Shawn came to our rescue!! He towed us an hour and half to the next available charging station, and made sure we were good to go. He even checked back in with me to ensure we got home safely. Thank you for being so kind and getting us there safely Shawn! We appreciate you so much! I highly recommend Pigg Towing!!"
