"i completely agree with the other reviewer. do not waste your time. we attempted to hire craig for a job but he said he was too busy and couldn’t fit us in until the following year. the following year, we attempted to get a hold of him, but he would never answer or return any of our calls. when he finally did call back he was rude and unprofessional. a few days later he showed up at our house unannounced to look at the project. he told us (in the middle of january) that if we could get the four inches of ice off the top of the cover and drain the entire pool in a week then he could try to “squeeze us in.” obviously that was impossible. he texted a few weeks later saying he couldn’t do the job after all. he is rude and unprofessional and we absolutely do not recommend doing business with him."

"Don't waste your time with these guys. Craig no-showed at our scheduled appointment. Never heard from him as to why. I called again and re-scheduled. He wasn't phased at my disappointment at him no-showing. Not sure why I proceeded re-scheduling but I did. He no-showed to the second appointment, too."
