"Up to now I have been relatively pleased with this business. But after a couple years the head rests on the hot tub we purchased from them began to deteriorate despite following their instructions to a tee. After a conversation via text with them I was told they knew there was problem with these and because of that I could get them at 45% off the list price and was quoted a dollar figure to replace all six defective units. While not completely pleased with that resolution I decided I could live with it. Today I went in to take them up on the offer and they said the quote was no good. They would offer 45% off the list price but said the dollar amount I was quoted was THEIR ERROR and refused to honor it. THEIR ERROR cost me over $100. If you don't want to pay for someone else's mistakes I would suggest you do business elsewhere . I know I will!!"
