"Booked an appointment for a perm that was available on their online website 05/29/22. Received cancellation message from them a couple hours after. I called to confirm with them, they said they don't do perms weekends, only weekdays. I said ok, so you can do tomorrow Monday? His answer was no, except Mondays. Scheduled AGAIN following Tuesday 06/01/2022 through their online schedule. Once we arrived (only 2 cars in the parking lot.. not busy at all) a gentleman smoking outside approached to ask if we were there for a perm. We answered yes, he said "we don't do perms Tuesdays" If you don't have availability or don't want the business, remove it from your website and stop wasting our damn time."

Yesterday I had a horrible experience at Chris Tyson’s barbershop where they made us wait after people came in after us, and never greeted us when we walked into the store either. My foster child is in dire need of a hair cut and for me to learn about his hair type because I am new to black hair…well, this place emailed us after our already scheduled appointment time and moved it out by OVER an hour. What a disappointment, and now twice in a row!.(Couldn’t afford to wait) By the way, his prices online are incorrect. It was showing $25 online but when we called it was $40…shut this place down! How sad that you can’t even find a good barber in town."
