"Was on the phone while doing my brows . Told her vehemently I didn't want them thin still did thin. Maybe she was too focused on her phone call . They literally don't listen for some reason . It's like it hurts them to listen . Now my brows are ugly and thin . Thx if I could rate it 0 . I would there's literally one like two lady's in there that listen the one with the orange blondeish hair did not did not . Almost yelled at her tbh. Make sure you actually hire people that listen and aren't talking on their phone and actually listen and focus on customers . I'm so upset"
