"Horrible service. Outdated salon. She is the only worker so it takes very long if she is busy. Very unsanitary for a nail salon. Health Department needs to be called!!!! I slipped and fell on water and broke my phone she refused to help me pay to fix it and I’ve been going here for well over 5 years. I can’t believe how stupid I could be to be loyal to someone so horrible. Emily is not a good business owner, and I hope moving forward this doesn’t happen to anyone else! She deleted all the camera footage and refused to give me her insurance. She lied and claimed to have insurance when she doesn’t!! She tried her best to turn it around on me when I came up to her shop again. She had 2 customers and she acted so unprofessional and treated me so badly. I can’t believe someone like this is allowed to have a business in the first place!"
