"Dishonest and unprofessional company. We had a good experience until our agent left the company. They stuck us with some kid named Conner that doesn’t understand the industry, is not based in Utah, and who lied to us about placing our policies. What’s worse is the owner Steve Kirchen also is unprofessional. My wife and I called him multiple times asking for assistance. He didn’t take responsibility for the companies failure to deliver. You could tell they were disorganized from their lack of consistent answers once they did start talking. Top it all off with the owner blaming the insurance companies for his actions. I have later learned from another insurgence company that what he told me was a lie. I would never recommend someone to use this company and warn you to stay away."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE U CALL THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them a ZERO I would. This company completely dropped the ball on our insurance and failed to notify us our insurance was going to cancel. We were notified there was an issue in July 2023 so I contacted BTC and I explained they had incorrect information. The broker said disregard that notice. So we did. I was emailing and calling them ever other day to get new insurance cards because our had expired an no one got back to me until 10/26/23 to let me know we had been WITHOUT INSURANCE since 10/11/23. Just FYI your pretty much uninsurable or you pay at lest double if your insurance lapses for over 14 days.. not to mention the liability he put our family in!! Unacceptable!!! We could have lost everything if something happened.. Now we are paying more than double for insurance yet we have no claims, no accident nothing to justify the rate EXCEPT a lapse we were not notified about. Save yourself the trouble don't use a broker..."

"Ignore all reviews older than a year !!! Colton was our agent too. He no longer works there and it has been extremely difficult to work with BTC. To know his impact simply go through all reviews here and testimonials on their site(which they might change now)It is very difficult to get a hold of any one there any more. I initially thought it was just me and am only being ignored because there was a talk about a credit but now it feels like they are pushing all personal auto insurance customers out based on other recent reviews or no longer cares about personal auto insurance."

"Loved Colton. Got a new agent and it’s been the absolute worst nightmare. It’s been guarantees and promises constantly that I just found out were never even possible. Top that off with inability to follow through on anything and causing weeks delays because of them not responding. Ended up reaching out to the owner and it hasn’t been any better. Found out more information on the situation in my own 5 minutes of research than I’ve gotten in the last month of trying to work through this with them. They don’t care about their current private insurance clients. Don’t even waste your time or energy."

"I have been a going to BTC for about 4 years now. Colton never lets me down. He helped me find the right rate just for me. I especially appreciate how the company i chose to go with was much higher this time around, Colton said "no, let me take time to find you a better one." And he did. I had my policy within a couple hours. Everything was easy and online which made it even better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They are very kind and very professional."
