"The woman who answers the phone is so condescending and rude. She raises her voice, gives sarcastic remarks, complains when you ask a question. And she is constantly sighing into the phone like she is just beyond irritated that you even had the audacity to call her. It is ridiculous. If this were my company, I would be beyond embarrassed to have someone like that representing me. I hope that they record there phone calls so that the manager can listen back and understand exactly what I am talking about. I will find another company to work with. Even if it costs me more money."
