"The people in this office are very unprofessional and unpleasant. I got behind on my payment and these people call my phone on a daily basis and get an attitude. They certainly don't like when you speak to them in a reflective tone, they raise their voices, become extremely hostile and snarky, and berate people. The woman threatened me saying "you'll get what you deserve" which is honestly an unhinged thing for a person representing a professional business to say to someone. I will be reporting this to the Credit Bureau and the BBB."
