PLS Check Cashers

"I literally just walked out of this establishment. I had a horrible experience. The workers are not knowledgeable about the job neither was the lady in the back who refused to give me her name so that I could report her to corporate office. I came in to cash a check and I've done many times before, they asked for my social security number in order to do so I asked why, Adrianne the young lady helping me had no idea why they'd need the social so she asked a woman on the back behind the counter who was preoccupied I'm assuming she was supposed to be someone more knowledgeable as the worker formed to her for more information. She exclaimed she didn't know why, she didn't want the social the company tells it to cash my check. I asked why and where the information went , she obviously embarrassed im assuming for not being equipped with the information needed to successfully dutifully perform her job and duties, started screaming and hollering at me because she didn't have the information I requested. I asked for the manager to no avail. She then told me I could get and call the corporate number off the wall. I informed her that I cannot see that as I am disabled, which wasn't her business, but I asked if someone could someone read the information off to me as I cannot see. She completely ignored my request I asked her name she completely ignored my request and was rude. At this point is a screaming match bc I'm requesting service and information but no one is equipped to service my needs is it your practice to not service the disabled and ignore them as well bc that's what happened. She said it wasn't her problem I was blind and couldn't see if I wanted the number I could get it for myself. Department of health and human services civil rights office, the federal trade commission, the consumer financial protection bureau the BBB and the attorney general will be getting formal complaints. This was a black woman really really old dark corridors under her eyes. She looked to be about 80 years old but I don't see well so I don't know she rides her name. There was a white man in he came out bc it was so loud. She told him I wanted corp. And it wasn't her fault that I couldn't see the number to get it for myself. No regard for the disabled AT ALL."

"Would give zero stars if I could.. the lady behind the counter is full of lies, and told me I couldn’t sign the front of my money order because too many scams that I’m supposed to leave it blank… makes absolutely no sense.. she has a ugly attitude and is a liar… I’ve cashed plenty money orders and she tries to play me for stupid.. She needs to be fired.."
