"I've been going here for couple years and it's one of the better pawns in this city. Sure it's not perfect but they usually have good items and for a lot cheaper than other pawns. Pricing is reasonable and workers actually greet you, maybe they had bad workers before but new group are more inviting. Idk about selling things here but buying has been a good experience."
"Update: after calling the official CS number, we got a contact back from an actual manager from this store location. They said to bring in the camera and they would make things right. They also apologized. We ended up getting our money back. :) Husband bought a camera and bought a warranty so that he has an in to return to store if it wasn't working out for him. In this case, it is unusable as the footage was choppy. He attempted to return it and one of the managers wouldn't allow him to return "because it wasn't defective." Even with a bought warranty. Will not buy anything from them again. Buyer beware!"

"Went in to sell a $200 watch and was offered $5 for it. Shocked and offended, I blurted out that "your offer sucks!"...to which the female pawnbroker replied, and I quote, " and so does your mother." It was appalling to say the least and although I've done years of business with the establishment, sadly, I will never step foot in this place again. Need to keep your people in check Cash America!!!"
