"I visit several EZ Pawns weekly. This is by far the rudest. I’ve witnessed week after the manager just verbally bash employees and last week customers. This week I asked a question by is there a uniform system for how to value products taken in and sold. The employee then became rude to me. I’m sitting in the parking now writing this review."
"This store typically has good items, but good deals you won’t find. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to budge on anything. Also, which ultimately falls on me, I missed my layaway payment cuz I used their app but the app didn’t remind like it had & their employee said they were having issues with the app; I lost my item & my down payment. I have a great track record for all my other items I’ve bought there & this is the only one that I missed but they wouldn’t even budge, even if just for some store credit. Doubt I’ll be back especially since I get better deals at their other locations."
