"Called looking for a part for a dishwasher. The lady who answered the phone looked it up, and then went and put eyes on the part to make sure they had it there before I made the drive from past Catoosa. She was at lunch when I got there but had briefed her coworker and left the part at the counter. Could I have gotten it cheaper online? Sure. But it's hard to beat that kind of service."

"I purchased a pump for my daughters washing machine, they were helpful in ordering it in for me. No mention of return policy at the time of purchase. Daughter decide to get a new washer. When I tried to return it , they changed the policy and have refused to accept the return. Workers said they would ask owner, who only is in the store 1-2 hours per day, and she would get back with me. She never has. Last trip worker got indignant pointing to all the signs saying there was no return policy. And the fact that I hadn’t been contacted and meant that they weren’t going to except it back. Would be nice if people in business had the decency to communicate in person their decisions. I will never go back to the store nor will I ever recommend this to the people that I come in contact with regarding appliance repair. Very poor business practices for a small business that is obviously just starting out."
