"Expanded store doesn't always mean improvements. Unfortunately the staff at this store seems focused on stocking, etc like the big box stores and lacking in experience and knowledge of gardening, grilling, and homeimprovement projects. Even location of stock. Disappointed in what we expected to be a big improvement."

"Tried-and-true. Sometimes you don't need or want to wander the aisles of the bigger chains. Very friendly and helpful staff, well priced without the fluffy stuff. They got whatcha need."

"Ordered a fairly expensive item online for pickup than when I went to pick it up I was told that they didn't have the item in store and it was being shipped to the store (Even though the website said they had it in stock.) So after canceling my online order and requesting a refund my husband goes back in (about 5 minutes after requesting my online order be canceled) and low and behold there it is sitting on the shelf ready to be sold. Now come to find out after calling customer care it's going to take 7-10 business days to get my refund back on my card which I was told should only take 24 hours. Will never do business at ACE again."

"I called earlier in the day to see if they still cut glass and they said they they do. When I got there around 2:00 and asked about cutting glass, I believe it was the manager told me that the guy that cuts glass had already gone home and it kind of pissed me off because you can't tell me out of that many freaking Associates at work there they only have one person that knows how to freaking cut glass give me a break. I was about to tell him that but is like what the hell's the point and I would have been rude as hell anyway so I just left and went to Midtown Hardware, which is an awesome place"
