"The customer service here is horrendous! I don’t appreciate walking in to buy something and the guy at the register throws a temper tantrum with the machine by banging things around and giving attitude! You want good customer service go to maverick or lemonade stand, the service here sucks! Will not be coming back, and from the looks of it no one else has had a good experience with the employees either. You don’t like your job, find a new one. Don’t take it out on good paying customers"
"I’ve had multiple bad experiences here I come here with a group of disabled kids for work to get them a drink and every time we get accused of stealing and it’s the same lady she maid them open there cups to make sure they only got water even though they were being supervised by my coworker. I just think it’s extremely wrong and discriminating definitely will not come back!"
"Worst convince store in the state of Utah. Owners don’t speak English. They grumpy towards every customer that walks in. Would not recommend spending time or your money here."
"As far as convenience stores go, (not generally places you want to enter during covid, if possible), this place was clean and well laid out. Had to run in to pay for gas b/c the pump wasn't working, and it was inviting enough that I stopped to grab a water bottle, too. So, still a gas station convenience store, but cleaner than most I've seen."
"We had free small slurpee coupons that had NO expiration date on them. We took our kids as a reward to get their free slurpees. Apparently a small slurpee is no longer a “product you sell”, so we filled the next smallest size. The lady at the counter wouldn’t redeem the coupons because the listed product isn’t available, followed by a “sorry”... as a Manager of a restaurant, I know she could have honored this coupon for a customer. She wasn’t sorry. And if a coupon isn’t expired and a product advertised on a coupon isn’t available, that isn’t the customers fault. I feel like this was really bad customer service and could have been a totally different experience with a little bit of good customer service."
