"I have really loved my experience with these guys! They are close by, making my drive over there short and easy. December 2023 I needed a tire change and they were more than happy to help me. They had a much better price than other businesses I had contacted and they were able to complete the service very quickly while also replacing the tire valves. Then, unfortunately, just a few days ago I got the bike out from storage after winterizing to find one of the tire valves had ripped open (not their fault, just a faulty valve) and I had a flat tire, so I called them and they were able to send someone over to get my bike on a trailer so they could take it and fix it with no extra cost. You guys are great and I will definitely be continuing my services at Duff Shelley's."

"These guys are the best! They were totally up front with me and told me it would take a long time to get the RZR right now because the demand is so high. I was excited to get a new toy and Dave had no problem taking my calls every month asking if there was any news. When it finally came they hurried to get it all put together for me for Labor Day weekend when they didn’t have too. then they sat down with me and walked me through all the things about the machine I bought. I also thought there dealer and licensing fees were cheaper then all the other Polaris dealers around that I researched. Great experience.
