"Please call before you go- my son and I went to purchase a ball from the pro shop today during their posted hours (Sat 10am-5pm) only to find it locked. The desk attendant at the bowling alley informed me that the pro shop at this location (Sandy) is only open on Tuesday evenings. 3 stars because, from what I could see through the window, it looked like they had a good selection of items to choose from."

"Alan took the time for my wife and I to order the right balls and size them correctly. After we got them we bowled one week with them and realized the holes needed to be a bit bigger. When we went in he was able to help us get sized even better. The pro shop hours are tough to nail down and car h him when he’s available but when you do he takes the time to make it right. Great service, good guy and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend using them if you are getting equipment."
