"I bought a new home with a hot tub, and came in to get some chemicals for water maintenance. Dave was knowledgeable and walked us through his recommendations. We ended up spending ~$200 in product. He was polite, and asked many personal questions of me (a male) to build some rapport, but when I mentioned that my (female) partner had managed the water quality of a public pool (something I thought he would appreciate and involve her in the conversation) he did not take any opportunity to ask questions of her or ask of her experience. He essentially ignored her, despite her attempts to be part of the conversation. We both felt is was not great customer service for her. She ended up walking out as she didn't feel involved at all. It was a fair, but not great experience for us. I see great reviews for other employees, and if we return I hope we have a better experience."

"Happy to see other people on here mentioning Travis too. The whole family is great. We got a great deal on a quality hot tub and the install was awesome. I was really unsure how a big tub would get over our house to our backyard and the team at Crystal arranged a crane company to come out and Travis and Ryan from Crystal guided the crane operator and was a perfect operation and then got the tub in place and gave great information on getting started. Travis came back the next day on a Saturday to educate me more and bring more supplies. From the Heidi/Dave team helping pick out the hot tub and Travis/Ryan team for the great install/education I felt in great hands the whole time. Highly recommend them to anyone."
"Great customer service, I had a question regarding the hot tub after insulation and they drove back to my house to make sure I understood how everything worked and that the hot tub was working properly. Very informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend these guys. Heidi and Travis are great!"
