"Horrible experience with this store. We had 3 squiggle bikes we bought from this store. We never actually used them. We couldn't figure out how to put them together. They sat in our garage for years. When we decided to use them we called the store to see if we could get replacement parts. I was told we could get them for free. I drove 45 min down there just to be told by a grumpy old man that they charge for the parts. I am sure these parts cost lifetime probably nothing. He absolutely didn't care about what I had been told on the phone and instead gave me horrible customer service. I have been a manager myself and this is terrible he would not make things right. I would avoid this place at all costs. What they say and what they do are two different things. I will have to just throw away these bikes. What a waste. Order your stuff online or from someone else. They don't stand by any warranty. The other young man that was helping me was very kind. This store needs to change management immediately."
