"Best customer service! My daughter planned to go night skiing and we picked up her rentals that morning. Due to high winds, the mountain closed that afternoon before she could go. We were given a credit for future use and no issues when we came back to use it! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!"

"The college aged workers that helped me were super nice but didn’t inform me on how ski boots should fit so I ended up with the wrong size and didn’t do a lot of runs - but now I know for next time :) However, the guy who helped me return my rental was rude. I think he was the owner so that was interesting. But overall the ski quality and ease of renting was great."
