It was, “any questions about putting that on?” I asked a few questions about the process, then one of their mechanics asked if I had my bike and to bring it in. He sized, threw the chain on then tightened a few things too. Ensuring a smooth ride. All I did was buy a chain. Thank you. You’re my new bike shop."
