"I had a pleasant visit to this store today with Kyle. He was really friendly and helpful with an issue with an existing pair of pants and getting me a replacement pair sent to my house. The store looked really good, well stocked, and nice displays. I am relatively new to the Lululemon brand and they are more expensive than I usually buy but the replacement policy made it with it. Because of Kyle and Lululemon they have a long term customer."

"This location was super empty when we went on a Monday evening which was nice. They had a good selection of clothes in lots of sizes. The workers were nice and although we were just browsing they still checked to make sure we didn’t need anything. This is a pretty good Lululemon location."

"First of all, if you are having a hard time, finding this place like I was, it is on the lower floor directly next to Pretzelmaker. (If you don’t know where Pretzelmaker is, I feel bad for you because they are delicious.) Everyone in this store is extremely helpful and not in a sales pitchy kind of way. I entered the store to do an exchange for some pants that my wife bought. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, but I explained what my wife asked for and I was helped and received exactly what she needed. I also found a bunch of men’s items for myself that I didn’t know Lululemon carried. Like underwear! I wish I caught the name of the person who was helping me. But, she looked like a Candace. I’m not sure if this Candace-like Person was the manager or a floor lead, but if she wasn’t, she should be promoted. Unfortunately, her name is not listed on my receipt, but I would love to give her a shout out directly. If Lululemon is wanting to reach out to me, I can forward the cashier number that is listed on my receipt. Normally, I wouldn’t go to all that effort however, she was just that helpful! I kind of hope her name actually is Candace. That would be awesome. Either way, the experience has made me an advocate for this location specifically."
