The associate was friendly, greeted me when I entered, and stopped by to let me know that if I found a shoe that wasn't available in my size, she could order it online and have it delivered in a short amount of time without extra shipping. Service with a smile! Will go back to this store."
"6 years ago we went to a famous footwear at a mall and swore we would never go back! It was the worst experience EVER! One of the employees (turned out to be the manager) told my autistic son to shut up for talking to much when she was talking to me. He was excited to start school and get his new shoes. It was horrible. Well, we found ourselves in a bind, my kiddo joined cross country (I was nervous but he is so good) we had to stop at this location... the lady helped us for almost an hour because he needed the right size. I had no idea he had been curling his toes in his shoes. She finally found the perfect pair, my son being himself and talking told the lady all about the rude lady that yelled at him, she was so apologetic and it felt sincere. She helped us with a discount and just kept apologizing for something that wasn't her fault at all. When it comes time to get new shoes, we will be going back. We even took our younger 2 to get school shoes later that day and they loved it. I wish I had gotten her name!"
"Right as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, friendly conversation and information on sales. They were very helpful and they always have shoes in stock. I saved like 30 bucks and was given information on when the sale would end and how much I would get off my next purchase. The store was clean and organized."
"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We came into the store fairly close to closing time and they didn't try to rush us at all. They were genuinely helpful and kind. They helped me find some clearance shoes I had been eyeing. Reading cat shoes! I'm in love with them. I will definitely be back to this location."
