"When I went into Brandy on 3/20, the girls working were not very kind. They were openly talking bad about another co-worker that was asking for coverage and I felt extremely judged but all the girls working the floor. There was only one girl that was working the register that was actually nice and had a welcoming smile on her face. The rest of the girls were all grouped together in a corner near the jewelry. It was very unfortunate, I love the clothes. But with employees like that it makes me never wanna go back."

"My daughter loves this store and I appreciate the price and classic vibe of the style. Some of these reviews make me wonder if people go into this store expecting it to be a Nordstrom experience. It’s a teenage clothing store; staffed with teenagers. I had friendly interactions (and let’s be honest— darling girls) and knew I was on my own in this very busy and chaotic store; it’s kinda like a treasure trove for teens in finding that certain size or item you’re looking for. Embrace the experience; it’s the only store in the state and it’s so cool and such a fun shopping area too!"

"So many cute clothes, not a huge variety though, mainly just white and gray shirts and pants. The employees were terrible, mainly the ones in the fitting room. They never cracked a smile at all. They asked for clothes that didn’t work for me and I pulled it out, for them just to turn around and ignore me. I went to try on something else again and ask if I could put down my items that I will purchase and she once again ignored me. The employee at the register was very nice, she wasn’t making a huge fuse when I pulled out my card too early. It’s a very busy store, and I am very claustrophobic so, be careful in there! Also lots of teens, so expect them to whisper and laugh at you"

"I agree with most of the reviews. My daughter and I went for the first time to the store. Lack of customer service. A bit elitist in the vibes and I had a considerably difficult time in paying. You must need an American Express platinum to get your transaction approved. Even tho I had plenty of money in my account and no balance on my credit cards, my cards were declined and flagged w fraud and locked my cards and I had to call to get them unlocked and verified. Makes me wonder if they have a lot of fraud that banks automatically think you are making a fraud’s transaction. Not worth the drive from salt lake to visit the store because the workers or the difficulty in paying. Will order online from now on"
