"I have a pair of scuba pants bought end of 2023. Just washed once the color is bleeds so bad. I went to the store . The workers very nice helped me to exchange without a problem. I always buy this brand most of time the quality are great. This is a bad one but the customer service made up for it. Very pleasant experience today."
"The staff here are the WORST with returns! I brought a confirmation number, online order receipt through the app, and they still wouldn’t process an exchange without a confirmation email that I couldn’t find anywhere. So incredibly difficult to exchange or return a Christmas gift that was the wrong size, and absolutely no empathy or effort from the staff to make it right."
"After the many things I’ve purchased from this location, I only ever had a problem with one pair of leggings that recently ripped. I went in to see if they could exchange them or give a store credit, but was met with the worst customer service. I was drilled on how I wash them, how I put them on, also if I have nails- which yes I have short round gels nails that had nothing to do with the rip. Immature girls that have no idea what customer service is. 1 bad experience is all it takes. We will not be returning."
